We've been digging through council meetings, tracking housing progress, and keeping an eye on transportation developments across the North Shore. As always, there's a mix of encouraging moves forward and frustrating roadblocks.

Each year brings promise and challenge. In 2026, we look forward to celebrating the opening of the new Harry Jerome Recreation Centre, as well as the Casano-Loutet Highway 1 overpass.
